Aha Studio is now the core of everything I promote, and I’ve decided it’s also my most important team member. The plan from here: record lots of demo videos, about one a day, push them on social media, and reply to the right posts with proof instead of a pitch. Here’s the plan, the reply play, and why I’m doing it this way.
I’m better known in JVZoo and WarriorPlus circles than I am on X or YouTube.
That has to change. I’ve started the transition, and now it’s getting serious.
With no more WarriorPlus launches, my marketing comes down to one main product, Aha Studio, plus JVswaps. So that’s where all the content goes.

Aha Studio is my most important team member

Here’s the thing…
Aha Studio is the product I’m promoting, and it’s also what I use every day to build the marketing. The AI workers build the sites, the pages, the calculators and the campaigns.
So every time a worker does a job, that job can become a piece of content. The product produces its own proof.
The plan: a demo video most days

I need to record lots of demo videos. About one a day, on average.
Each one shows an AI worker doing a real job, start to finish: a directory site, a calculator site, a set of local pages, an ad campaign. Then I keep pushing them out on social media.
I watch people on X do really well just by sharing content about what they’ve built and matching it to the tools they sell. What they do, I can do too. They’re simply better known on those platforms, for now.
The reply play: answer posts with proof

We’ve built in a way to listen for posts worth replying to. Two kinds come up all the time.
1. Someone posts a site that’s doing well.
Ian (@keywordian) does this all the time with directory and calculator sites. So I build the same kind of site, record it, and reply with something like:
“Just saw this post, and I built the same directory afterwards in minutes with a single prompt. Watch how it was done.”
2. Someone posts their workflow.
A step-by-step process they run by hand. If an AI worker already does it, I reply with:
“Aha Studio automates this. Here’s a demo video. Go try it for yourself, no account or credit card needed.”
That’s a reply that adds something to the conversation. The person reading it can see the proof and try it free on the spot. And the original post has already done the work of finding an interested audience.
Why this beats explaining software

When Aha Studio launched, the first sales were slow, because people didn’t understand what it was. I wrote about how the message fixed that.
A demo video skips the explaining. You watch one sentence go in and a finished site come out. There’s nothing to understand except “I want that”.
The rules I’m holding myself to

- Real jobs only. Every demo is a real build, shown start to finish.
- Short and specific. One worker, one job, one result.
- Proof first, link second. The video does the selling. The free demo link goes at the end.
- Reply where it helps. Only on posts where the demo genuinely answers what the person is talking about.
- Keep going. One a day adds up to a library fast.
My Take: A new content push is needed, and Aha Studio is going to be the core promotion focus. It’s also the most important team member, because it does the work and the work becomes the content. I need to record lots of demo videos, even one a day on average, and keep pushing them on social media when they’re done. And when someone posts a site that’s doing well, or a workflow they run by hand, I can reply with the same thing built in minutes and a link to try it free. That’s a much better conversation than a pitch.
