Unshackled got me free of developers. Evergreen got me free of the ceiling.
Six live sessions building real, sellable tools with Claude Code. Find the idea, build it fast, make it pay monthly, then set an agent loose to find the next one. Built along with me, on the exact system I use every day.
The eggshell years
For years, my business ran through a developer.
He was talented. That was never the problem. The problem was the model: he was on 35–50% revenue share on the tools we built together, which in reality made him a business partner. And when your partner is moody, slow to respond, and treats technical support like a pain in the ass, every single thing becomes a negotiation.
New feature? A negotiation. Bug fix? A negotiation. Taking a tool that customers already loved and pushing it further? Almost never happened.
We were walking on eggshells inside our own business.
When it finally ended, he was refusing maintenance that, at his skill level, was less than an hour a month. My side of the bargain had been carrying the servers: over $5,000 a year to keep tools alive that nobody would maintain.
So I stopped paying for the servers. I let the tools die.
That’s the part nobody tells you about being dependent on developers. It’s not just the cost. It’s that your ideas queue up behind someone else’s mood.
Shift one: Unshackled
Then no-code happened, and I went all in. I built around forty web apps on Base44. No developer. No negotiation. Idea in the morning, working app by night.
It changed my business enough that I taught it, a workshop called Unshackled: how to build with no-code, where to find tool ideas worth building, how to sell them on WarriorPlus, and how to turn the buyers list into an affiliate income machine.
Unshackled removed the gatekeepers. If you were there, you know.
But I’ll be honest about its limit, because I lived it: building no-code came with a low hum of dread. Every update, mine or the platform’s, and I’d wonder what previously-working thing had quietly broken. So I kept the tools small. I kept the ideas modest. There was an invisible ceiling on how far I’d push anything, and the ceiling wasn’t my ideas.
It was my nerve.
Shift two: this one’s different
This year the second shift hit, and it’s the reason this page exists.
I started building with Claude Code. And for the first time, the fear went away. The code sits in files I can read. Nothing rewrites itself behind my back. Nothing breaks while I’m not looking. My heart is not in my mouth when I ship.
Here’s what that unlocked, and I want you to read this list slowly, because most of it was built in the last couple of months:
- A premium Chrome extension suite — dozens of tools, not toys. Research, scoring, AI, and licensing built right in. More sitting in the launch queue than I can release in half a year of weekly launches.
- A full licensing system — the thing I used to need a developer for. I own it outright.
- Complete sales funnels — sales pages for every product, batch-built with AI in a fraction of the time.
- Web apps on Base44 and Railway — but now driven by Claude Code and Codex, so they burn fewer credits, break far less, and I finally have the nerve to add the features I used to leave on the table.
And here’s the get-out-of-jail-free card. Remember those dead tools I stopped paying servers for? They’re coming back. Rebuilt in Claude Code with modern 2026 methods, better than before, fully mine this time, and easy to update the moment an algorithm, a platform, or the AI itself moves. Traffic Thief 2.0 was the first: already rebuilt, ready to ship. Every tool worth rebuilding will be rebuilt. Nothing I build now can be held hostage or left to die again.
That’s not “fast content.” That’s a product business, built at a quality bar I used to pay other people to almost reach.
Unshackled removed the gatekeepers. Evergreen removes the ceiling.
It’s not just that the tools last. It’s why they last.
Tools you own outright
On a licensing system you own, sold from a business you own. No partner. No platform holding you hostage.
Products that pay monthly
Not one-time-and-gone. The rebuild play turns tools into recurring revenue.
A pipeline that refills itself
Agents that hunt for the next idea while you build the current one.
No fear of the next update
Google’s, Base44’s, or anyone’s. The code is readable, yours, and easy to move forward. Quality is the standard, not a slogan.
Six live sessions
Product Sniping — find the idea before you build a thing
The whole game starts here: reading real demand signals and turning them into a tool worth building. Live case study — Money Page AI, a tool that came straight out of an Edward Sturm video on internal linking about routing link juice to your money page. You’ll watch the full path: idea spotted in someone else’s content, sniped, validated, built. And you leave with a tool in your hands.
Included free, Evergreen only: Product Sniper · $97 valueTemplates, Artifacts & Staying Organized in Claude Code
Speed becomes chaos without a system. This is mine: templates and reusable artifacts, how I keep projects organized so nothing gets lost, and the exact prompts I use to recreate the artifacts behind my own tools, plus the experiment I’m running to have them update on autopilot after each new tool ships.
Fast Chrome Extension Building
Build a real Chrome extension, live, faster than you think is possible. I’ll show you mine, and how far these actually go. Extensions can carry a lot more than most people expect: research, scoring, AI calls, licensing, all baked in. This is the format I’ve launched the most.
Build on Base44 or Railway — driven by Claude Code or Codex
Two ways to build an app, and two AI coders to drive either one. Ship on Base44 (no-code) or Railway (your own code), and point Claude Code or Codex at whichever you choose. The standout combo: Codex driving Base44 burns fewer credits, hits fewer patch-loops, and is far less fragile, so you finally have the nerve to add the features you used to leave on the table.
Rebuild Tools That Pay You Monthly (MRR)
The recurring-revenue play: which tools are worth building as subscription products, and how. I’ll share the resources I lean on to spot what’s popular in MRR tools right now, the kind that even hand you a starter prompt to get the build going. Then you build your own free, shareable tool and the mold for the paid, recurring one behind it.
AI Agents — build the machine that builds (and feeds) your tools
Two agents, live:
AI Agent Factory — an agent that tells you which agents you could build and hands you the starter prompt to build each one in Base44. You’ll learn the multi-step version, not just a single workflow.
AI Monitoring / Social Listening 2026 — an agent that hunts tool ideas for you around the clock. It’s the agent version of the idea-hunt we’ve been doing by hand, working while you sleep.
You don’t need my pace
Let me be straight: I ship at a ridiculous rate because that’s how I’m wired. The volume of ideas feeds the creativity, and the creativity feeds the volume.
You don’t need that. Slow it right down:
- Build two or three tools and promote them deeply instead of twenty promoted lightly.
- Skip WarriorPlus entirely if it’s not your arena. This works for your own audience, client work, a niche site, or a single flagship product that pays monthly.
- The system is the same at any speed: find the idea, build it, make it recurring, let an agent feed the pipeline. The pace dial is yours.
What you can’t do anymore is claim it’s out of reach. I’m not a developer. A year ago I couldn’t have built any of this. The ceiling moved, for both of us.

What the Licensing System is — and why you need it
The Licensing System is a web platform that lets you attach licence keys to your own tools and software — so they can’t just be copied and shared around for free, which quietly costs you sales.
Here’s how it works in practice. When you buy one of our tools, you get an automated email with a licence key. Behind the scenes, that key is generated and verified by a licence system we’ve connected to the tool. It’s also how everything is managed after the sale — issuing licences, resetting a customer’s install limit, and revoking access on a refund.
In Evergreen you get that exact system for your own products, rebuilt multi-tenant so it drops straight onto the tools you build:
- Protect your revenue — stop one purchase being shared across ten people.
- Automatic key delivery — every buyer gets their own licence key by email, hands-free.
- Control access per customer — set and reset install limits, revoke on refund, and manage everyone from one dashboard.
- Look like a real software company — the professional layer most solo builders never add.

Straight answers
I’m not technical. Can I actually do this?
If you can install a WordPress plugin, you’re technical enough. Every session is build-along; you do it with me on screen, and the clinic exists to unstick you. I’m not a developer either. That’s the entire point.
Do I need Claude Code? What does it cost?
You’ll need a Claude subscription, and Base44 for the app and agent sessions. It replaces what I used to pay developers and servers thousands a year for. The workshop shows you how to get maximum value out of both, including how to burn far fewer Base44 credits by driving it with Claude Code and Codex.
Is this Unshackled again?
No. Unshackled was shift one, building without developers and selling low-cost tools. Evergreen is shift two, quality that compounds: sniping the right idea, building it with Claude Code, making it pay monthly, and letting agents feed your pipeline. Unshackled grads will feel the upgrade immediately.
I don’t sell on WarriorPlus. Is this still for me?
Yes. The system — find the idea, build the tool, make it recurring — is platform-independent. Fewer tools, deeper promotion, your own audience: it all works.
How long do I have access?
Replays and the asset pack are yours permanently.
What is the Licensing System, and when do I get it?
It’s a web platform that lets you attach licence keys to your own tools so they can’t be freely shared — with automatic key delivery by email and per-customer control over install limits and access. It’s included in the $497 option and is delivered live in Session 3 of the workshop (built with you on screen), not as a separate day-one download.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because Evergreen is a live workshop that hands you working tools, templates and the actual systems my business runs on, all sales are final and there are no refunds once you join. The value — and the intellectual property inside it — is delivered the moment you get access, so please make sure this is right for you before you buy.
Will you guarantee results?
No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. My numbers are my numbers: they come from my audience, my work rate, and my follow-through, and I show them to you with receipts precisely so you can judge for yourself.
A few years ago, my ideas queued up behind someone else’s mood. Last year, I could build, but only as far as my nerve would let me.
This year I build tools worth selling in an afternoon, make them pay monthly, and point an agent at the horizon to find the next one.
That’s the freedom. It’s real, it’s learnable, and I’ll build it with you, live.
Operators recognize operators. See you in session one.
